The Goodwood Festival of Speed is famous for celebrating the world’s fastest, rarest and most desirable vehicles – but this year, aftermarket car audio is taking centre stage too.
Hayes-based specialist Car Audio Security (CAS) is flying the flag for in-car entertainment and vehicle technology at the 2026 event, bringing a selection of high-performance builds to one of the biggest automotive gatherings in the world.
CEO Raj Sangha posted a video from the event, explaining that the CAS stand is positioned on the main walkway between major manufacturer displays, including BMW and Ford, with a number of demo cars available for visitors to experience.
The headline attraction is the latest version of the company’s Kicker Golf demo car, which has received a major audio overhaul with a return to an “old school” approach. After three years with the previous set-up, CAS has rebuilt the car around two Kicker 15in L7 square subwoofers, bringing a completely different level of low-frequency performance. Finished with a custom Kicker livery from Identity Wraps, the car is music to the eyes and ears.
As Sangha explained: “Our new Kicker Golf is here, it’s ready, it’s playing, we’ll be doing a demo on the hour, every hour – if you’re brave enough, come down, jump in, have a listen. We’re going to turn the volume up, so make sure you can handle the bass.”
Alongside the Golf, CAS is showcasing a Renault 5 EV audio project designed to challenge the perception that electric cars lack character. Sangha said: “We’re trying to break the mould where everyone thinks EVs sound boring. This one’s got a soul.”
The stand also features the Kenwood Scirocco, alongside other specialist builds, including Porsches and Ferraris.

For CAS, the appearance represents an opportunity to bring specialist aftermarket technology to a wider automotive audience, showing visitors what is possible beyond factory-fitted systems. And the company has already posted a behind-the-scenes Goodwood episode of CAS Unplugged to its YouTube channel, revealing the scale and investment involved in creating their display.
The Goodwood Festival of Speed remains one of the world’s biggest celebrations of automotive innovation, with manufacturers including Bentley, Aston Martin, BYD, BMW and others showcasing new models alongside historic racing machinery.
However, CAS’s presence demonstrates that automotive passion is not only about performance and design – but also the way vehicles sound.
