Skoda has introduced a new Camp Mode feature for its electric vehicles, allowing owners to use their cars as a more comfortable base during overnight stays and longer breaks.
Available through the MySkoda app, the feature allows drivers to remotely activate climate control and maintain a chosen cabin temperature while parked.
The system is designed for situations such as camping trips, road trips or longer stops, where keeping the cabin comfortable would traditionally require running an engine or relying on external power.

Camp Mode will be available across Skoda’s electric vehicle range, including the Epiq, Elroq, Enyaq and Peaq, for owners with active Skoda Connect services. The feature arrives through version 8.14 of the MySkoda app and does not require a workshop visit.
To activate the system, the vehicle must have at least 30 per cent battery charge remaining.
This latest MySkoda update highlights Skoda’s increasingly connected approach, with the Peaq revealed to offer an optional 16-speaker Sonos sound system engineered specifically for its cabin.
