Stinger is bringing its growing family of vehicle electronics brands together at SEMA 2026 in Las Vegas, running from November 3-6, showcasing infotainment, off-road lighting and audio equipment across seven custom vehicles.
Following its acquisition of UTV Stereo – a brand specialising in audio products for Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs) – earlier this year, Stinger is expanding its presence in the powersports market while continuing to develop its established automotive product ranges. The company has two exhibition spaces at the Las Vegas Convention Center, with both a Stinger booth and a stand for UTV Stereo.

One of the headline products is the Horizon XTR, a new 10.1in multi-function display developed by Stinger and UTV Stereo. Designed for selected Polaris and Can-Am applications, it combines infotainment, vehicle information, audio and accessory controls in a single interface.
Unlike a conventional aftermarket screen, this connects directly to the vehicle’s CAN-Bus network, allowing it to display supported vehicle data and integrate with factory systems. Features include wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, four camera inputs and a 15-band equaliser.
The display also provides access to digital gauges, ride modes, lighting controls and connected accessories, with vehicle-specific wiring harnesses and custom dashboard components designed to simplify installation.

Stinger’s HexCore lighting range is also expanding, with more than 70 vehicle-specific kits now available for cars, trucks, SUVs and UTVs.
Applications include the Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator, Chevrolet Silverado, Ford Bronco, RAM trucks, Toyota Tacoma and Tundra, and Polaris RZR. The range features light bars, pod lights and chase lights, with dedicated wiring harnesses and mounting brackets designed to provide a direct-fit installation without drilling or cutting.
The big news at SEMA is the introduction of HexCore Color, which brings customisable colour and greater integration to the off-road lighting range. The new products will offer enthusiasts more ways to personalise their vehicles, although Stinger is keeping further details under wraps for now.
The lighting products feature IP67-rated protection against dust and water, alongside high-boost reflector optics and thermal protection designed for demanding off-road conditions.

Stinger’s main stand in the North Hall at SEMA features four vehicles, while the UTV Stereo booth in the West Hall has another three.
At the main Stinger stand, there is an AudioControl-equipped Volkswagen ID. Buzz, already mentioned in our SEMA preview, which packs 62 speakers, 16 amplifiers and a frankly ridiculous 30,000W of power.
The two modified Jeep Gladiators showcase different aspects of the company’s lighting and infotainment technology. One features HexCore Color alongside a prototype Horizon12 multi-function display developed for 2024-2027 Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator models. The other, a 2022 model, combines HexCore lighting with Colortrail RGBW products from Race Sport Lighting.
The fourth vehicle is a collaborative Polaris RZR Pro R build with automotive performance brand Throtl. It features the Horizon XTR display, HexCore lighting, a UTV Stereo dual-battery kit and Stage 6 sound system, alongside performance upgrades from other partners.
Throtl has shared a video showing the team building the Polaris:
Meanwhile, the dedicated UTV Stereo booth has a 2026 Polaris RZR Pro S, a 2024 Polaris Xpedition and a 2024 Can-Am Maverick R. The displays demonstrate the brand’s audio systems, battery expansion kits and off-road lighting, with the Horizon XTR fitted to the RZR Pro S and a prototype installation in the Xpedition.
The Xpedition also gets a four-amplifier, six-speaker system and dual 15in subwoofers in a vented enclosure. Because apparently having one subwoofer isn’t always enough when you’re heading out into the desert.
